Hendersonville Pediatrics, P.A. is accepting new patients. We offer newborn care, well-child check-ups, sick visits, immunization updates, asthma management, ADHD and behavioral management. Parents interested in being their children to our office should contact one of our two offices to schedule an appointment. We recommend you pick a location most convenient to you.
We are able to see new patients without prior records for acute illnesses only. We ask that your child’s records be transferred to our office prior to any routine well checks, ADHD or behavioral assessments or other medication management visits.
Parents are invited to complete new patient forms in advance of their child’s visit. Go to our Forms tab on this web site to download our editable new patient forms and a medical records release. These can be filled out in advance and either faxed or hand delivered to our office. We do not receive these forms via email.
On the day of your child’s first visit and on all subsequent visits we ask that you bring your current insurance card and a list of your child’s medications.
After Hours Care and Weekend Clinic
Hendersonville Pediatrics, P.A. offers extended hours including evening and weekend clinic in order to minimize our families need to seek acute care from other sources. We are not currently able to offer after-hours appointments for well child visits and behaviors visits. Families are invited to call our office to determine the location of evening or weekend clinic since it changes depending on the on-call physician.
In the event of a life threatening illness or injury please seek care at the nearest emergency room.
